Unless otherwise stipulated, all statements, news releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, visual presentations, and other applicable documents and programs are fully funded from federal sources.
- The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $687,877 (100% Federal) and $0 (0%) state, local, and/or non-governmental funds.
- The WIOA Dislocated Worker Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $900,389.7 (100% Federal) and $0 (0%) state, local, and/or non-governmental funds.
- The WIOA Youth Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $714,348.9 (100% Federal) and $0 (0%) state, local, and/or non-governmental funds.

In accordance with 29 CFR 38.9 (g)(3), Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals will receive language assistance in all communications of vital information. Vital information is defined as information, whether written, oral, or electronic, that is necessary for an individual to understand how to obtain any aid, benefit, service, and/or training; necessary for an individual to obtain any aid, benefit, service, and/or training; or required by law.
